Responsibilities:
- To plan, delegate to Head of Project / assist PM and monitor the project
- To motivate and upkeep the morale of the project team
- To perform tasks delegated and instructed by Project Manager
- To assist in all contractual matters such as interim, final, variation orders and extension of time claims between client or its representative, consultants and sub-contractors and etc.
- To activate and monitor the documentation at site effectively
- To monitor the work program.
- To manage and achieve the targets of the project
- Establish a safety management system in line with site safety policy reflecting the characteristic of the project and the condition of the site
- Ensure the setting up of safety procedure, rules and regulation and safety training plan to meet the project needs
- To evaluate the performances of the sub-contractors, staff and suppliers.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management
- To assists on implementation of Quality Management System
Requirements:
- Education Level : Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Engineering OR those with vast experience acceptable by the company
- Familiar with the contract document, authorities requirements and Acts.
- Possess good leadership qualities
- Able to communicate with people at all levels
Qualification:
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
