Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- To organise and phase the duties of site supervision team to suit the construction programme.
- To monitor permanent work to ensure the materials and workmanship comply with the specifications and drawings.
- To record and check progress of work against the programme.
- To examine methods proposed by contractor for executing the work and temporary works to ensure the safe and satisfactory execution of permanent work.
- To keep the Site Supervising Team fully informed on matters which may affect their work including copies of relevant site instructions and correspondences.
- To coordinate other consultants work to ensure proper resolution to site problems.
- Supervision of Piling, Reinforced Concrete, Prestressed Concrete, Steelworks and Civil Works.
- To assists on implementation of Quality Management System
Requirements:
- Education Level : Degree in Civil Engineering which are reconised by Board of Engineers Malaysia
- Working Experience : Minimum 8 years relevant experience in supervision of Building and Civil Works.
- Language proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer literate
- Knowledge in Implementation of QMS Procedure.

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
